John has been involved in some of the most physically demanding sports in existence. It was through his participation in these sports that his understanding of the importance of fitness was ingrained in his mind.
He has been training high level amateur and professional athletes since the age of 22 both in the technical aspects of their sports but more importantly their conditioning. He has had the opportunity to work with Olympic Level coaches and athletes, developing conditioning plans that would allow them to peak at the appropriate time.
He has been involved in weight training since his late teens, and do to the nature of his sporting background has an extensive knowledge of weight loss and nutrition.
